JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE Class One Vinod Kumar Dwivedi has issued an arrest warrant against Mahalaxmi Nagar coloniser Ramesh Chandra Agrawal under Section 420 of IPC in response to review petition filed by Mahalaxmi Nagar plot-holder Dilip Pariyani through his counsel M D Verma.

The plaintiff had filed a suit against Agrawal for betrayal in the purchase of plot 704 Sector-A at Mahalaxmi Nagar. A case was registered against Mahalaxmi Jan Kalyan Sahakari Sanstha, Prem Nagar resident Sachin
Sachdev and Triveni Colony resident Ganesh Khatri in this connection. According to Pariyani, Sachdev and Khatri prepared fake documents of his Mahalaxmi Nagar plot and transferred it to their name by hobnobbing with Agrawal. Sachin obtained land documents from Pariyani on the pretext of obtaining bank loan. However, he kept the papers as security with Ganesh.
The two then furnished a fake affidavit and got the property transferred to their name from Agrawal. The plaintiff then filed a case against the three accused under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 34 of IPC. The court ordered a case to be registered against Sachin under Section 420 of IPC. Dissatisfied with the court order, Pariyani filed a review petition.
The plot has had two buyers earlier. Urmila Kothari purchased it from Mahalaxmi Nagar Cooperative Society and sold it to Dinesh Kumar Jain through Vijendra Toshaniwal and Rajkumar Soni. Pariyani purchased it from Jain.
