The order was issued last night on the basis of an inquiry report which had found him guilty of the violation of the mode code, Superintendent of Police, Nishant Kumar Tiwari said.

An FIR was lodged against Sinha late last year for landing his helicopter without permission at Belwa Bahuari village in West Champaran district for a poll campaign.
