A singer of Indian origin has become the youngest Asian to sign a record deal in Wales.

Deepak Singh, 19, says he wants to be the "Asian Robbie Williams" and he would love to duet with Charlotte Church. He has made his first pop video.

Known as GD Singh, the R&B bhangra singer from St Mellons, Cardiff signed a deal with 101 Records in March, and has now recorded his first music video at trendy Cardiff bar, Tiger Tiger.
Deepak said: "My new single is called Soniyah and it means pretty girl." His compilation, DJ's Number One, has just been released.
