Astrologer arrested for making sexual advances

An astrologer was arrested for allegedly making sexual advances at a woman on the pretext of reading her horoscope in Gwalior.

An astrologer was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly making sexual advances at a woman on the pretext of reading her horoscope at Deendayal Nagar in Gwalior, police said.

Arun Dwivedi was booked by police for allegedly making sexual advances at the woman in a closed room at his house on the pretext of reading her horoscope, Additional Superintendent of Police Vineet Khanna said.

Two CDs, reportedly pornographic in nature, were recovered from Dwivedi's house, he said adding these were being examined.

The woman, who along with her daughter and nephew, had visited Dwivedi, later entered into a scuffle with him and his family members, Khanna said adding she also alleged of being chased out of the locality by the astrologer's family.
