Lawyers, saffron brigade torch effigies to register protest

The foiled attack on the RSS headquarters has been strongly condemned by the Bharatiya Janata Party and all frontal organisations of RSS.
In protest against the incident enraged activists of the Hindu Jagran Manch burnt an effigy of ‘Terrorism’ on the civil court premises. The lawyers accused the Union government for increasing incidents of terrorism in the country. They also held undue delay in legal process as one of the major reasons, which has emboldened the terrorists. Regional head of the legal cell of the Hindu Jagran Manch Jitendra Kumar Pandey demanded separate courts be constituted for the speedy disposal of cases against terrorists.
Meanwhile, the BJP (southern unit) also vent their anger against the incident by burning the effigy of terrorism at Sachan Guest house. The agitation was led by district president of the BJP (south) Radhey Shyam Pandey. Hundreds of the BJP activists gathered at Sachan Guest House and raised anti-Pakistan slogans. The BJP activists took out a procession from the Barra vegetable market.

{{/usCountry}}He also added that during the BJP government terrorist activities were curtailed to a larger extent but PM Manmohan Singh had completely failed to curb terrorism. Former BJP MLA Balchand Mishra applauded the Maharashtra government and the police personnel for swift and timely action, which led to the encounter of all the three terrorists.
On the occasion Anirudh Pandey, Pappu Pandit, Mahesh Mishra and Anupam Mishra along with others were also present. Regional Secretary of the VHP Awadh Bihari Mishra also condemned the attack and dubbed it as yet another effort by Pakistan to create unrest in the country. “The terrorists activities like bomb blast in New Delhi, Sankat Mochan Mandir, Varanasi, killing of innocent Hindus in J&K and other such incidents are increasing but the union government has remained a mute spectator,” stated Mishra.
District President of the BJP (North) Rakesh Sonkar also condemned the incident and demanded strict action by the union government against Kashmiri militants.
In a meeting of the Generalganj Vidhan Sabha held at Birhana Road, the BJP leaders condemned the incident. Presiding over the meeting BJP MLA Salil Vishnoi stated that the attack was the direct fallout of the minority appeasement policy of the union government.
