The reason these officers followed Rohan was because of his attitude. He was a natural motivator. If an employee was having a bad day, Rohan was there telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation.

One day I went up to Rohan and asked him, "I don't get it! You can't be positive all the time. How do you do it?"

Rohan replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself, "Rohan, you have two choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or you can choose to be in a bad mood." I choose to be in a good mood.

"But that's not that easy," I protested.

Several years later, Rohan was sitting in his office late at night, pouring over his sales figures. One of his employees had left the back door open .It was Rohan’s bad luck that on that night he was held up at gunpoint by robbers. They forced him to open the office safe. While trying to open the safe, he got nervous and the robbers panicked and shot at him.

When I saw Rohan six months later, he reacted to a query: "Then, as I lay on the floor, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live, or I could choose to die. I chose to live."

Rohan lived to tell us his experience through all this trauma because of his amazing attitude. I learned from him that every day we have the choice to live fully. Attitude, after all, is everything.
