Auditor held for aiding Chhota Rajan's wife
Accountant Bharat Tulani was arrested for dealing with real estate firms allegedly owned by Rajan's wife Sujata Nikhalje.
Police on Friday arrested a chartered accountant for helping the wife of underworld don Chhota Rajan in aiding and abetting activities of his organised crime syndicate.

Sujata Nikhalje was arrested last year under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) in an extortion case.
Tulani was produced before a special court and remanded in police custody till February 22.
Nikhalje and three others were arrested and booked under MCOCA in December for allegedly extorting builders at the Chembur and Kurla suburbs of central Mumbai and for reconstructing old buildings using Rajan's money.
According to police, Rajan is holed up in a foreign country and acting on his instructions, his wife had allegedly indulged in extortion by forcing builders to pay up huge amounts of money.
Police said the Rajan gang had created a reign of terror in the Chembur and Kurla areas by terrorising builders as real estate prices in these neighbourhoods were going up.
Police suspect Tulani knew about Nikhalje's illegal transactions and believe his interrogation would reveal more about the Rajan syndicate's activities concerning extortion.
