Drugmaker Aurobindo Pharma Ltd said on Wednesday it had an approval from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency to market anti-depressant tablets, mirtazapine, in the United Kingdom.

The approval for 15, 30 and 45-milligram dosages of the drug would make it easier to obtain marketing approvals in other European Union countries, the drug maker said in a statement.
