The post-mortem on the body of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, who was killed in a helicopter crash, was conducted in Kurnool on Thursday.

The bodies of Reddy and four others, who were also killed when their helicopter crashed and exploded on a hill in the
Nallamala forest ranges on Wednesday, were brought by air to the Andhra Pradesh Special Police (APSP) second battalion compound in Kurnool.
Later, the post-mortem was conducted in a helicopter.
The autopsy was conducted by a team of doctors led by Dr M S R K Prsad, Superintendent of Government General Hospital in Kurnool.
The post-mortem on the bodies of four others -- Principal Secretary P Subrahmanyam, Chief Security Officer ASC Wesley, Pilot S K Bhatia and co-pilot M S Reddy -- were also conducted.
