Actor Matt Damon has revealed how he nearly starred as Jake Sully in the worldwide blockbuster Avatar directed by James Cameron.

Actor Matt Damon has revealed how he nearly starred as Jake Sully in Avatar. The film, which became a worldwide blockbuster, eventually saw Sam Worthington playing the role of paraplegic marine Sully.

And now, Damon has said that he wants to work with the path breaking film’s director James Cameron. “Still, I’m hoping that one day I may work with Jim Cameron... I know I’d learn a great deal. But his and my production schedules conflicted for the Avatar shoot,” Fox News quoted him as saying.
