Run by a Cordon Blue chef-entrepreneur, it combines an elegant, understated décor with friendly service and a value-for-money menu that has depth. From wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas (the low-carb fanatic can ask for the wholewheat option) to the Chicken Mushroom Roulade and Polenta Siciliana, to crepes stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach and grilled with sun-dried tomatoes, pesto sauce and parmesan, the menu is loaded with pleasant surprises.
