You Read, They Learn, Hindustan Times’ year-long initiative has helped send 2,574 underprivileged children to school, so far. As part of this campaign, we are launching a new initiative called the ‘Bag of Books’. We will be partnering with a 100 schools across Delhi for this book collection drive. The drive will start on August 2 and conclude on August 16. The books which shall be collected through this drive will be distributed to children who need them, through our NGOs Pratham and Goonj.

We would love for you to come on board to spread the word about ‘Bag of Books’ in order to the maximize the impact of our effort, maximize the books we collect, and maximize the number of children we can help educate.
We at Hindustan Times have started You Read, They Learn to help educate underprivileged children. As a part of this initiative, launched initially in Delhi-NCR, HT has been contributing a part of the cover price of every Metro copy of Hindustan Times, towards creating a corpus to fund the education of over 10,000 children during the year.
