Industrialist Rahul Bajaj on Monday filed his nomination as an independent candidate for the June 15 Rajya Sabha elections necessitated by the death of BJP general secretary Pramod Mahajan.
Bajaj filed his nomination at the Vidhan Bhavan and was accompanied by senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde and Sena Executive President Uddhav Thackeray, NCP leader Sachin Ahir and others.
