Indian Cricket Board Joint Secretary MP Pandove on Sunday said the BCCI was 'inclined to support' Pakistan in the ball-tampering controversy, but stressed that the final decision will be taken on the merit of things.

"BCCI is inclined to support the neighbouring country, but subject to facts coming to our knowledge the final decision will be taken on merit," Pandove, also secretary of the Punjab Cricket Association told reporters in Chandigarh.
Pandove said that IS Bindra, PCA President and a former BCCI president, will represent the Board at the ICC Executive Committee meeting in Dubai on September 2 when the issue will come up for discussion.
