With telecast of the just- concluded India-England series drawing criticism, the BCCI on Monday said it was keen to ensure "top class quality" of telecast production and it would take up issue with rights holder Nimbus.
"We are taking it up with Nimbus. We want top class quality pictures and telecast, and we are making all efforts to ensure that," BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah told.
The telecast of matches during the series drew much flak as advertisements were inserted at the expense of match action, resulting in viewers very often missing the first and last ball of overs.
Meanwhile, the Asian Test playing nations will submit their joint bid for the 2011 World Cup to the International Cricket Council in Dubai on April 20.
"We are very confident of winning the bid," Shah said.
India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh were late entrants in the race for the bid.
Australia and New Zealand have also presented a joint bid and have the turn of right to host the quadrennial event.
But the Asian countries have demanded that every third World Cup be allotted to them since the region brought more revenue to the game.
