The 62 year old has aged so gracefully that she models for L'Oreal and MAC, but admits she soon realised that her acclaimed beauty was more a pain than a compliment for her.

"I realised very quickly that is was as much a responsibility as a compliment. I was expected not just to be a good actress but to look like this creature from heaven," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

"Pictures are airbrushed and retouched. It's not a question of not thinking that you are not that good, it's just that you are different. Nowadays, having that tag is still a challenge.

People still expect a lot, but I have a fixed time limit on what I am supposed to look like. I don't want to fall into that trap of the total refusal to grow old," she added.
