Bhardwaj new IPCL additional director

Mukesh Ambani-controlled IPCL appoints Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj as an additional director of the company.

Mukesh Ambani-controlled Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd (IPCL) on Tuesday said Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj has been appointed as an additional director of the company.

The board of directors, at their meeting on January 19, have appointed Bhardwaj as additional director of the company, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
