PLAYERS OF Bhopal and Chandigarh dominated the second day of the NITTTR National Sports’ Meet being organised in the City. Bhopal won the badminton women’s singles and doubles category.
In the singles Vandana Somkunwar stood first while she along with Vinni Verma won the doubles category. Chandigarh won the badminton men’s singles (Hari Singh), doubles (Malik and Ajay), table tennis singles (Ashutosh Kapila) and doubles (Ashutosh and Malik).
Yoga camp for de-addiction held
SANGHAMITRA NARI Shikshan Evam Samajik Sansthan organised a yoga camp for de-addiction in the City today. The organisation also provides treatment for de-addiction-related ailments. Kanhaiyyalal Agarwal and Gunwant Rao taught various yogic exercises, asans and pranayams to the participants.
A large number of men, women and children took part in the camp.
