A high-altitude semi-arid region that spans a quarter of Himachal Pradesh's area makes up just one assembly constituency, and has the least number of voters.

Lahaul and Spiti, a sparsely populated tribal region, has only 21,255 electors, the lowest number of voters in any of the state's 68 constituencies.
