BJP ahead of Cong in party's internal survey

The survey gives Congress about 100 to 105 seats while giving 15 seats to the others and independents.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that undertook a preliminary survey to gauge the mood of the electorate is buyoed by the response of the people. The survey held in August, 2003 has given the BJP an edge with about 120 seats in Madhya Pradesh.

The survey gives Congress about 100 to 105 seats while giving 15 seats to the others and independents.

The BJP is focussing on the issues relating to development, poor road network, power crisis and corruption in the state.
