"Why is the BJP's heart beating for Geelani, whose six decades of political agenda is to demand Azadi from India at the instance of his political mentor in Pakistan," said Sharma, addressing a rally in Sumban and Ghai areas of Akhnoor.

BJP general secretary Ram Madhav had two-day back in Jammu said it's time Geelani should also join the mainstream politics. Madhav is doing political spade work for the BJP in Kashmir.

Sharma said the people of Jammu should remain vigilant about the sinister political agenda of the BJP, which he said, has been trying to appease the separatists. He said the BJP can go to any extent to come to power in Jammu and Kashmir.

"People ignoring poll boycott calls of Geelani and other separatists are participating in large number in the elections. But such statements by the BJP raises doubts among the people of the Kashmir about the real intention
of the Central government," he said.

The Congress leader said people of the Jammu region now apprehend that the Centre can go to any extent to throw away their interest for retaining power in the state.

He said people before casting their votes should consider the serious turn taken by the BJP on all the issues of the Jammu region.
