BJP's Assam unit President, Ranjit Dutta today expressed hope that the saffron party would form the next government with like minded parties in the state.

"We hope to form the government with the help of like minded parties excluding Congress", Dutta told reporters here. If otherwise, BJP would be a deciding factor in the government formation, he said.
