The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Rajasthan seemed set to sweep the parliamentary polls with its candidates leading in 22 of the 25 seats as counting progressed on Thursday.
The Congress was leading in only three seats.
Balram Jakhar of Congress has lost to sitting BJP member RS Kaswan in Churu by 29,570 votes.
Mahavir Bhagora of BJP has defeated sitting Congress member Bahiru Lal Meena in Salumber by over 24,700 votes.
VP Singh of BJP has defeated Kailash Vyas of Congress by over 60,000 votes in Bhilwara.
Raghuvir Singh Kaushal (BJP) has defeated Hari Mohan (Congress) by over 71,000 votes Kota.
Sitting member Pushp Jain (BJP) defeated Surendra Jain of Congress by 63,238 votes in Pali.
Other prominent leaders headed for a win were actor Dharmendra from Bikaner, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia's son Dushyant Singh from Jhalawar, Finance Minister Jaswant Singh's son Manvendra Singh from Barmer, Subhash Maharia from Sikar and Kailash Meghwal from Tonk.
BJP's Rasa Singh Rawat has been declared elected from Ajmer, defeating his nearest Congress rival Haji Habibur Rehman by 127,000 votes.
