"Rs 6000 crore is deposited in foreign banks as blackmoney. If the BJP forms the government at the Centre all this money will be brought back and used for poverty alleviation," former party chief Rajnath Singh said at a rally in Ahiraghasi in Shravasti.

He said not only the blackmoney would be brought back, no new tax would be introduced in the next 30 years and loans of farmers and traders would be waived.

Accusing the Congress of looting the country, Singh said by offering it support BSP and SP were equally responsible.

He announced that if the BJP forms the government in UP after Assembly elections next year, loans would be given to the farmers at an interest rate of one%.
