BJP's chief ministerial candidate in Madhya Pradesh, Uma Bharti on Wednesday promised that problems like shortage of electricity, bad roads and unemployment would be solved within three years if her party was voted to power in the state.

Addressing an election rally in Umaria on Tuesday night, she said the state would be transformed into an advanced province in next five years once these problems are solved.
She claimed that Chief Minister Digvijay Singh's dream of occupying the post for third consecutive term would never be fulfilled because people are fed up with his administration.
Attacking the Congress Government, Bharti said the state has been pushed back to backwardness as no developmental work was done during its 10-year rule.
She said Congress president Sonia Gandhi can never become the prime minister because of her foreign origin.
