India’s security establishment is expected to signal hardening of its stand on allowing BlackBerry’s encrypted services at its meeting with mobile operators on Thursday.

Home Secretary G.K. Pillai will chair the meeting that will be attended by department of telecom officials and mobile service providers. “I think the problem would be resolved at the meeting,” an official said.
