But, early in the evening, with moisture connectivity to the Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over East UP from the Bay of Bengal lead to intense cloud activity and then the precipitation. Before the rain, there were very strong winds that proved conducive for clouds gathering over Lucknow. There is a depression over the Bay of Bengal, which is replete with moisture. The depression has started moving and if it takes UP's direction then we may have heavy rains after two days.
