One of the most original restaurants in the city, it's run by a Russian couple for Russian customers fleeing the masala mania. Named after the Russian pancake famously associated with caviar, the restaurant owes its fame in certain circles to its blini with mind-boggling variety of fillings, from chocolate and cream to chicken and vegetables. Avoid the home-style borscht (the beet-based veggie soup made with horseradish, mushrooms, bell peppers and cilantro). And don't expect variety from what qualifies to be the smallest kitchen among Delhi's restaurants.
