Three persons were arrested for his kidnapping on Tuesday. Jitendra Danda, SHO, Sadar Ballabgarh, said the three accused showed the spot where they had thrown Pal’s body after killing him.

The delay in recovery of the body had triggered protests on Mathura road area on Tuesday.
