Bomb scare holds up Geetanjali Express

The train has been halted near Bhandara road station following an anonymous bomb threat.

The Howrah-Mumbai Gitanjali Express was halted near Bhandara road station on Tuesday following an anonymous call that a bomb had been planted in the train.

Police personnel from Bhandara and GRP men have rushed to the mid-section and were conducting searches for any explosive, police said.
Half of the train was already searched and nothing has been found so far, they said.
