Bombs found in CPI(M) leader's house

Police seize 12 crude bombs during a raid on the house of a CPI(M) leader Ajay Raut at Baruna village in East Midnapore district of West Bengal.

Police seized 12 crude bombs during a raid on the house of a CPI(M) leader Ajay Raut at Baruna village in East Midnapore district on Saturday.

According to the police, the bombs were concealed in a drum and were later defused.

Two persons, stated to be CPI(M) supporters, were later arrested, they said.
