BPCL Q3 net loss at Rs 1,024.2 cr

BPCL reported a net loss of Rs 1,024.2 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) on Monday reported a net loss of Rs 1,024.2 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 as compared to a net profit Rs 145.7 crore for the same quarter in 2004-05.

Total income has increased to Rs 18,944.1 crore for the third quarter in current fiscal from Rs 16,627.2 crore in the year-ago period, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
