Shilpa Shetty prefers to be politically correct.
Smelling success
One wonders what keeps the actress busy after Metro and completing Apne.
She replies with a smile, “There’s a lot happening. I’m in the process of opening my restaurant. I’m also launching a perfume. I’ve also committed for assignments abroad. I guess that should be enough for now.”
Big Gains
And have offers been pouring for her from Hollywood?
Shetty smirks, “Yeah! I am making a movie. And I’m casting you in it.”
She adds, “Just a joke. I can’t talk in the air. If something materialises, I’ll inform you."
Eyeing accolades
In spite of her sudden rise to fame, Shetty has not been approached by the big daddies of the Bombay movies.
“Whenever I sign a movie, the world would know. Metro, I’m told, has done well. My work has been appreciated. Apne will release next month. It's a huge film, both in terms of starcast and the budget. There’s no question of not doing big films, ”she signs off.
