I had never expected Pakistan would be in such a commanding position by the time they reached Delhi for the final match of the series, and I am proud of their performance.
There is talk whether Pakistan can make it 3-0, but I believe that will be tough. Pakistan obviously will try for such a feat --- something which has never happened --- but I am sure India will give it their best shot. After all, 1-2 looks much better than 0-3.
People often discuss the subject of 'good captain'. To me, a good and able captain is one who takes tough and right decisions when required.
Tough decisions
For India and for himself, Dhoni has to do that now. It has to be Rahane at the top in place of either Gambhir or Sehwag. Both these players are a class act, but are currently not in form, and India cannot afford two out-of-form players at the start.
If one thinks that being local boys they should be given a chance to stay on for the last match of the series, and a call taken before the series against England, then that will be wrong.

I would like to see in-form batters up the order, and for that if the India team management has to push established names down the order so be it.
Bowling woes
The India bowling too has to be blooded fresh, like playing the left-handed Sami Ahmed. Who knows he might spring a surprise like Bhuvnesh did in the first T20.
My point is simple: this India team needs a shakeup if they are to turn things around. If they think this bad phase will pass away, then it's not going to happen.
Indian cricket needs to take tough calls now.
