"Two Pakistani men were apprehended by the BSF while patrolling in the Harami Nala region yesterday," BSF Inspector
General A K Sinha told PTI.

"The boat in which they were travelling has also been seized. Nothing suspicious has been found from the vessel
which appears to be a fishing boat," he said.

According to Sinha, the Pakistani boat had entered Indian territory and was moving further inside when the BSF team
patrolling in the area apprehended them.

"The two men taken into custody are being interrogated at the joint interrogation centre in Bhuj," he said, adding that
further investigation in the matter was on.

Earlier this month, the BSF had foiled an infiltration bid by some Pakistani boats that were trying to enter India
from the same area.

The marshy topography makes it difficult for troops to react swiftly against infiltration.
