THE NEWS of the death of founder of BSP Kanshiram shocked the party workers and generated a wave of sorrow in the political circle on Monday. District unit president of the party Pashupati Nath, senior BSP leader Dr Aziz Ahmad, Talat Aziz, party supported candidate for the mayoral post Chhedi Jaiswal and other rushed to the party office and organised a condolence meeting to pay homage to party leaders.
Activist of Rashtriya Ambedkarwari Yuva Chhatra Parishad also organised a meeting to pay tribute to the great leader who gave a political identity to the most backward class of the society. Paying his tribute to the Kanshiram BSP MLA Sadal Prasad, GM Singh and coordinator for parliamentary election Viswhwajeet Singh said that he resigned from government service to proceeded the mission of Late Dr Ambedkar and devoted his whole life to uplift the social status of dalit and most backward class of the society.
