US President Barack Obama’s campaign put out a new attack line against Republican challenger Mitt Romney on Friday that says he suffers from a medical condition called ‘Romnesia’.

It makes the candidate forget his stand on issues at any given point of time, Obama said at a campaign event in Fairfax, Virginia.

“He’s changing up so much and backtracking and sidestepping; we’ve got to name this condition that he’s going through,” Obama said. “I think it’s called ‘Romnesia’.”

Romney said the Obama campaign is playing “silly word games”.

“This is a big country, with big opportunities and great challenges, and they keep on talking about smaller and smaller things,” Romney told a crowd of more than 8,500 people at Daytona Beach, Florida.
