Here’s an Indian restaurant in the new mould – it has chic, metallic interiors with Jitesh Kalat originals hanging from the walls, an impressive show kitchen, a long bar, a comprehensive menu of starters and kebabs (the accompanying breads are included in the price) and a limited menu of curries. The menu, it’s apparent, has been inspired by Bukhara – a legacy of its first chef, an old Bukhara hand who’s moved on to greener pastures. But the restaurant seems to be running out luck with its chefs, which may explain its inconsistent offerings.
