There are no formal training programmes for reflexology but you can probably take it up with some private practitioners of this therapy.
Is there any specific institute or course to enroll for taking up sports commentary? I am very inerested in cricket and football commentary. I have completed my Class XII in the Humanities stream.

To be a sports commentator you require verbal skills and a knowledge of the sport which you want to cover.
There is no speific course for a sports commenator, but you could do a course in mass communication which would help you develop your communication skills, and then specialise in handling sports commentaries and reports.
