Some anti-social and mischievous elements have uploaded a frivolous message on Whatsapp messenger and on Facebook regarding police strike being observed on March 15. Police have taken cognizance of the mischief, a police spokesman said on Monday.

He said a case under Section 505 of RPC and Section 66-A of IT act has been registered in Shergari police station and probe is on.

A team has been constituted to crack the case and arrest the culprit after tracking them, he added.
