The 230 prosecutors will be hired by the agency as part of its revamp of its dedicated prosecution wing, the Department of Prosecution. The sanctioned posts include those of senior public prosecutors, public prosecutors and assistant public prosecutors.

The move is also important as its prosecutors have to prosecute cases as well as work as legal advisors to various agency units across the country.
