The chargesheet, submitted in the court of Special Judge Sapna Mishra in Ghazizbad, accused Noida-based businessman Pandher's domestic help of abduction, rape and murder of five-year-old girl Payal.

No charges were framed against co-accused Pandher in the document, the third filed by the agency ever since it took over investigations into the grisly killings of women and children from Noida police in January.

The chargesheet is expected to draw protests from the families of the victims as the name of Pandher was missing from it. He was also not charged with any heinous crimes in the first and second chargesheeets.

The CBI had filed the second chargesheet on April 2, accusing Koli of abduction, destruction of evidence, rape and murder in connection with the killing of 20-year-old Pinki Sarkar in October 2006.

The CBI findings had sent shockwaves among the people of Nithari after which they had hit the streets against the premier investigating agency accusing it of "protecting" Pandher.
