CBI issues notice to Patel, two others

The CBI issued fresh notices to BS Patel alias Rahul and two others over their role in the cash-on-camera scam.

The CBI on Tuesday issued fresh notices to Bhupender Singh Patel alias Rahul and two others in the cash-on-camera scam involving former Union minister Dilip Singh Judeo.

Patel was Judeo's personal secretary, and was also present in the video footage that showed Judeo taking bribe from the representative of a foreign company in return for undue favours.

Besides Patel, notices were issued to Anand Vijay Mohan and Pravin Jain asking them to appear before the agency on January 15, CBI sources said.
