Congress has demanded a CBI probe into the alleged role of a Uttar Pradesh bureaucrat, who was named by an associate of the mastermind in the kidney racket.
Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee President Rita Bahuguna on Sunday demanded a probe saying, the investigation may reveal some fine points in solving the case.
Upendra, an associate of Dr Amit Kumar, has on Monday said that a house in NOIDA sector 43 owned by the UP official was used by Kumar as a hospital for a year.
