CFC to expand operations in India

CFC India, a specialised BPO and IT services provider, on Wednesday announced expansion of its operations in the country with the opening of a second facility in Mumbai.

CFC India, a specialised BPO and IT services provider, on Wednesday announced expansion of its operations in the country with the opening of a second facility in Mumbai.

The new facility at Logitech Park will accommodate 450 employees and offer specialised services in IT development, application support, remote support and quality assurance services to businesses.

CFC India, a subsidiary of Countrywide Financial Corporation, currently operates from a facility at Malad in Maharashtra that has a single shift capacity of approximately 1,000 seats.

Michael Keating, senior managing director of CFC, said the new facility would help in executing the company's aggressive growth plan for the US market.
