Dikshit has failed to tackle many vital issues concerning the common man in the Capital and she tries to shrug off her responsibilities by blaming others.

Apropos of Pankaj Vohra’s article A new cast in the wings (August 6), the change of present incumbents in Mumbai and Delhi is long overdue for obvious reasons. Both Chief Ministers, Sheila Dikshit and Vilasrao Deshmukh, have been under the party high command’s scanner. Dikshit has failed to tackle many vital issues concerning the common man in the capital and she tries to shrug off her responsibilities by blaming others.
