Langeveldt came into notice with his ability to swing the ball, and further work allowed him to generate even more movement, bringing him to the attention of the national selectors.
He made his international debut against Kenya in Kimberley where he notched two early wickets. He followed this impressive display with the career-best haul of 4 for 21 when the two sides met at Newlands in the same tournament.
He is yet to make his Test debut but with a fine run in the One-day Internationals he could well be on his way to do so.
