The national capital will play host to the seventh International Children's Festival of Performing Arts from August 30, when over 5,000 children from 17 countries will display their artistic talents.

The five-day festival will have about 250 performances, which will include ballets, one act plays, street theatre, puppetry and folk dances, a release said today.
The festival, an amalgamation of workshops, seminars and performacnes, will have particiaption from countries including France, Cuba, Poland, Pakistan, Slovenia and Zambia.
The festival is jointly organised by Sangeet Nataka Akademi, University of Cambridge International Examinations, National School of Drama, ICCR and Ryan Foundation.
