Mohammed Shayin, DHBVN managing director, said in a release that the lab in Gurgaon had obtained the NABL certificate for two years which is extendable after carrying necessary audits.

The facility is fully automated with a capacity of testing 20 electricity meters at a time. The tests are now acceptable worldwide as NABL is a member of international bodies like International Laboratories Accreditation Co-operation (ILAC) and Asia Pacific Accreditation Co-operation (APLAC).
