The activists demanded of the state government to immediately disburse the unemployment dole and dissolve the Lower Commission.

CLJSP state president and member of Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJP) Parliamentary Board Arif Iqbal headed the protest and charged the state government with cheating the youth in the name of unemployment allowance for the last six months.

He said that the unemployment dole is just a political stunt of Mulayam Singh Yadav Government and the CLJSP activists would oppose the Samajwadi Party (SP) candidates during the forthcoming UP assembly elections and support the Third Front, an alternative for SP Government in the state.

Iqbal also demanded dissolution of the Lower Commission and holding of Lower/ UDA/LDA examinations by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC).

He said that the state government has created the Lower Commission at Lucknow for personal gains and the move has been opposed by the CLJSP across the state.

Those present on the occasion were Prayag Rai, Vikram Singh, Bhaskar Singh, Naseem Ahmed, Dilip Thapa, VP Singh, Sanjay Rai, Rajesh Gupta, AK Singh and JP Yadav among others.
